Due to quality issues, we are no longer taking orders for deliveries that are out of our delivery area, please call us to make sure we deliver to the address you need. Same day delivery applies to orders received by 1:00 PM (PST), but we will make an effort to process the orders that are received after 2PM. Its best to call. We do not deliver on Sundays. ** . All deliveries are $9 unless they are out of the area, or special RUSH deliveries. For holidays and special occasions such as Valentines Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we suggest you to make an order at least 3 days in advance, due to the overflow of incoming requests at the last minutes. Our delivery track record has been outstanding and our customers have been delighted with our services. However, we cannot guarantee that every order will be delivered on time if there are problems we cannot control, such as: Your credit card number is invalid, or the recipient's address doesn't exist. Flower shops nearby the destination location, especially in rural areas, are out of the flower model you ordered.  During popular holidays, it is possible that most flower shops will run out of flowers at the last minute.
